RULES FOR VISITORS

• Eating or drinking is not permitted within the museum.
• Flash photography and video recording are not allowed. For use of tripod request authorization at info@marqalicante.com
• No pets (with the exception of guide dogs).
• It is prohibited to make phonecalls inside the exhibition halls
• No smoking (according to the current regulations)
• For justified reasons, MARQ museum reserves the right to change the programmed activity.
• MARQ museum reserves the right to allow the incorporation to an already started programmed activity.
• Tickets are non exchangeable and non refundable.
• The tickets have different measures of security. Do not buy any tickets to the museum outside of an official ticket location. The museum declines all liability for fraudulent entries.
• Upon entry to the museum, visitors may be registered according to the terms of the implementing regulations.
• Bottles, cans and any other objects considered dangerous by our staff are prohibited in MARQ museum.
• MARQ museum reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone for any reason.
• It is not permitted to enter to the museum under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, stimulants, hallucinogens, or any other analogous substances.
• By purchasing this ticket, the purchaser recognizes they may be photographed or recorded while in the museum. This content may be used in informational or promotional campaigns. By entering, the ticket holder is authorizing its use. For children, express authorization is required by the tutors.
• Ticket holders will lose their rights when leaving the enclosure.
• Complaints Forms are available for visitors.

With the daily acquired ticket it´s possible to access to the museum or archaeological site during the whole day, even if the visitor goes out of the enclosure and wants to re-enter and always showing the ticket. The ticket admission will not have validity in a date later of its acquisition.
