Also, as the director of MARQ explained, <strong>Manolo Olcina<\/strong>there will be room for the history of the <strong>Fondill\u00f3n, the world's oldest living wine<\/strong>and the meeting will conclude with a public presentation of the research carried out on <strong>\"Alicante 1510\".<\/strong> as the oldest designation of origin in the world.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Poquet, for his part, emphasised that \".<u>this congress, which places Alicante on the world map of oenology, is part of the Tourist Board's strategy because it links two very important products, congress tourism and the gastronomic product, especially this year when we are the Spanish Capital of Gastronomy.<\/u>\".<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>From 29 to 31 October<\/strong> the conference will also include an extensive programme of activities at venues such as the <strong>Castle of Santa B\u00e1rbara, the Co-cathedral of San Nicol\u00e1s or Casa Mediterr\u00e1neo<\/strong>as detailed by Poquet. At these emblematic venues, tastings will be held with sommeliers of the stature of <strong>David Do\u00f1ate<\/strong> o <strong>Sarah Jane Evans<\/strong>wine tours, a gala dinner with a menu designed by the chef <strong>Dani Frias<\/strong> or guided tours both to the permanent exhibition of MARQ and to the site of the <strong>Illeta dels Banyets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The Sea of Wine\" will feature <strong>25 speakers<\/strong> with twenty lectures structured in <strong>four thematic blocks<\/strong>.
