The Alicante Provincial Council<\/strong> has organised a full calendar of free activities and proposals for the next few months. Easter school holidays,<\/strong> from 22 to 25 April,<\/strong> through museums MARQ and MUBAG<\/strong>. In addition, on Friday 18 April, the Fundaci\u00f3n CV MARQ will be holding the World Day for Monuments and Sites<\/strong> with open days at the sites of La Illeta in El Campello and Lucentum in Albufereta, and at the monument of the Almudaina Almohad Tower.<\/p>\n

Animated visits and didactic workshops related to the exhibition 'Cities of Light' are some of the activities programmed by the CV MARQ Foundation<\/strong>through its Didactics, Accessibility, Club Llumiq and Social Responsibility Unit, for the upcoming school holidays. There are four workshops and they will consist of a visit to a room at 10:30 am and the elaboration of different handicrafts at 11:30 am:<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The capacity of these proposals, aimed at children between 6 and 12 years of age, is limited and the free registration<\/strong> can be made at the MARQ ticket offices. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 In addition, the Wednesday 23 April<\/strong> the museum will host the traditional children's beauties' day of conviviality<\/strong> organised by the Management Commission of the Sant Joan Bonfires Federation <\/strong>and the CV MARQ Foundation<\/strong>in preparation for the election of the Bellesa i Dames d'Honor Infantil 2025. The visit will include a guided tour of the rooms, an educational workshop and a treasure hunt specially prepared for them.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Also the Gravina Fine Arts Museum, MUBAG,<\/strong> has designed a special programme for these days with activities for children, families and for all audiences<\/strong> which will be held from Tuesday to Friday afternoons.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, the MARQ CV Foundation has organised a open day<\/strong> to commemorate the International Day for Monuments and Sites<\/strong>. In this way, and coinciding with the celebration of Good Friday,\u00a0the Illeta dels Banyets and the Tossal de Manisses-Lucentum<\/strong> free admission will be from 10:00 to 14:00 hours, while the Almudaina Almohad Tower<\/strong> will be open to the public from 10:00 to 13:00.<\/p>\n
