The MARQ's Prehistory room was the starting point for the 9th edition of the programme. MARQ: Museum and Memory<\/strong>The Fundaci\u00f3n CV MARQ is developing through its Didactics, Accessibility and Social Responsibility Unit, in collaboration with AFA<\/strong>the Association of Relatives of Alzheimer's patients Alicante<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n This proposal is aimed at bringing the contents of the MARQ closer to people with Alzheimer's disease and is an initiative focused on improving the quality of life of those suffering from this disease by stimulating the memory through the use of visiting the museum, taking part in adapted workshops and enjoying new experiences in a different environment.<\/strong>. It is, in short, the visit to both the permanent exhibition and the temporary exhibitions<\/strong> MARQ, as well as the subsequent holding, in the facilities of AFA Alicante, of the specific educational workshops<\/strong> on the theme of the visits to the museum.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n In this first session of this new course, the activities have focused on the Prehistory room and are aimed at users of AFA Alicante with a mild-moderate degree of impairment and ages between 60 and 90 years.
