The end of the school year also marks the end of the 12th edition of the programme \"Un hospital de cuento\" in which the Fundaci\u00f3n CV MARQ, its Didactics, Accessibility, Club Llumiq and Social Responsibility Unit, the Paediatrics Service and the Hospital Pedagogical Unit of the Hospital General de Alicante Doctor Balmis are collaborating. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The \"A fairytale hospital\" programme was created with the aim of creating a common working space for the benefit of hospitalised children, to make their stay in hospital more pleasant. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Every Tuesday from October to June, the MARQ Foundation's Didactics team held 35 sessions in which more than 120 hospitalised children took part to teach them about the history of our province and the temporary exhibitions housed in the MARQ through talks, educational workshops, games, storytelling and dramatised visits.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The course that is now coming to an end has had a theme related to the international exhibition on the Xi'an Warriors, on display at the MARQ from March 2023 to January 2024; archaeology and the different historical periods that we encounter when we visit the rooms of the MARQ, the Archaeological Museum of Alicante, which is part of the Provincial Council.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
