The CV MARQ Foundation will participate in the first edition of the Cacabelos Archaeological Film Series on 8 and 15 February, in Le\u00f3n, with the screening of the documentaries \"The Salt Kingdom. 7000 years of Hallstatt\".<\/strong>by the filmmaker from Alicante and head of the Image Department of the Diputaci\u00f3n de Alicante, Domingo Rodes, and \"Vikings. Warriors of the North. Giants of the sea\".<\/strong> by Gustavo V\u00edlchez, audiovisual producer and graphic designer. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n The Marca, the Archaeological Museum of Cacabelos and the scientific-cultural association Zamora Protohist\u00f3rica are organising this event to bring to the public some of the short films and documentaries that have been screened at the five international archaeological film festivals of Castilla y Le\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Cacabelos will turn the Marca into a cinema dedicated exclusively to archaeology and throughout the month of February a total of six short films and six documentaries will be screened on various topics related to cultural heritage and archaeology, both locally, nationally and internationally.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Alongside the two MARQ documentaries, there will be screenings of \"The Swabian Kingdom of Galicia\" by Sim\u00f3n Casal de Miguel; \"The gold of Tresminas\", by Rui Pedro Lamy; \"Two brothers from the Mesolithic\", by Puri Lozano and Miguel S\u00e1nchez; \"The Lady of Elche told simply\", by Arly Jones and Sami Natsheh; \"Archaeologists. Women looking at the desert. Flora Vilches\", by Andrea Chamorro; \"Zamora, capital del rom\u00e1nico\", by Mar\u00eda L\u00f3pez Bola\u00f1os; \"As pedras de San Lourenzo\", by Manuel Gago; \"Ciudad de la Selva.
