The President of the Diputaci\u00f3n de Alicante, Carlos Maz\u00f3n<\/strong>received this morning in the MARQ the Spanish Women's Handball National Team <\/strong>three days before <\/strong>the team puts the European Championships 2022<\/strong>, which will take place from 4 to 20 November in Slovenia.<\/strong>, North Macedonia and Montenegro<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n The 'Warriors', together with the coaching staff, thus end their stay in the province, where they arrived last week to prepare for this important continental event and play in Torrevieja the XXV International Tournament of Spain<\/strong>in which they have been the first classified.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Maz\u00f3n emphasised during his speech at this symbolic farewell ceremony the support and affection that the province of Alicante and the institution itself has given in recent years to the national<\/strong> \"who have a home here\". In this sense, he pointed out the commitment of the Diputaci\u00f3n de Alicante to women's sport, as well as the great love of handball that exists in this land. \"There is a wide range of sports schools, schools and fans of this discipline,\" said Maz\u00f3n, who also praised the tourism and sport<\/strong> which the Costa Blanca is committed to, making it a benchmark in this segment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n For his part, the president of the Royal Spanish Handball Federation, Francisco V.
