We are pleased to announce that the MARQ Library now forms part of the map of Specialised Libraries of the <\/span>Council for Library Cooperation (CCB)<\/span><\/span><\/a> of the Ministry of Culture and Sport.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Of the 925 Specialised Libraries in Spain that appear on the map, 120 are <\/span>Museums and archaeological sites<\/span><\/span><\/a>, <\/span><\/em>of which 6 correspond to the Valencian Community: 4 in the province of Valencia, 1 in the province of Castell\u00f3n and another in the province of Alicante: the Library of the Archaeological Museum.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Once we have located the MARQ Library, if we click on the link that takes us to the <\/span>Web space in the directory of Spanish libraries<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a>In the next page, we will access the Ministry's website where the basic details of our Library appear, as well as a link to its online catalogue and another to the website of the Archaeological Museum of Alicante.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We believe that this step will be enormously positive for the Archaeological Museum as it will be of great support for museum and historical documentation and research, both nationally and internationally. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
