The MARQ <\/strong>and the Juan Gil-Albert Institute of Culture of Alicante<\/strong> will celebrate another year 'La Noche en Blanco<\/strong>Together with other cultural centres in Alicante, integrated in the Museo de Alicante cultural platform, MUSEA<\/strong>. The date will be the next Friday<\/strong> 20<\/strong> July<\/strong> and will include guided tours<\/strong>, concerts and educational workshops<\/strong>among other initiatives.  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Member of Parliament for Culture and Education, C\u00e9sar Augusto Asencio<\/strong>This morning, he presented the wide-ranging programme of activities<\/strong> of both centres of the Diputaci\u00f3n de Alicante, which will share cultural offerings with The Cigarreras<\/strong>the MACA<\/strong>, La Lonja del Pescado<\/strong>the Museum of the University of Alicante<\/strong> and the Volvo Ocean Race Museum<\/strong>. The event was also attended by the Councillor for Culture, Mar\u00eda Dolores Padilla<\/strong>The director of the Language and Culture Service of the University of Alicante, Faust Ripoll<\/strong>and the director of the VOR museum, Laura Urrutia<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Asencio said that \"once again this year, the Provincial Council has joined this initiative to participate with Alicante's museums and cultural centres and to offer an extraordinary range of museums that will allow families to enjoy an evening of culture\". Last year, the centres of the Diputaci\u00f3n de Alicante were visited by more than three thousand people <\/strong>on the occasion of this celebration.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The MARQ - with free access limited to capacity - has designed a special programme for the whole family, entitled The first settlers<\/strong>will revolve around the exhibition 'Rupestre. The first sanctuaries'.<\/strong> and will last until one o'clock in the morning<\/strong>. The proposal Prehistoric Storytelling'.<\/strong> (from 19:00 to 20:00<\/strong>) will offer the little ones, from 3 to 6 years<\/strong>The Cavernus character will give you the opportunity to learn about the life and customs of that period, while from 20:00 hours<\/strong> will begin the Rupestrian Painting workshops<\/strong>. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Throughout the evening there will be a clue game with challenges and adventures<\/strong> for all ages and at 24:00 hours<\/strong> the public will put their creativity to the test by participating in the creation of a collective mural<\/strong>. In addition, the music<\/strong> will be played in the MARQ gardens<\/strong>first with the Lindy Hop initiation workshop,<\/strong> which will start at 8.30 p.m.<\/strong>The event will be followed by performances by students and teachers who will put into practice everything they have learnt to the rhythm of swing. Last year's edition of the Noche en Blanco at MARQ was attended by 2,041 people. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

On the other hand, the Juan Gil-Albert Institute will celebrate the 'Noche en Blanco' in the Bard\u00edn House<\/strong>of 20:00 to 24:00 hours<\/strong>with the inauguration, meeting and guided tour of the exhibition 'Inversi\u00f3n Matricial. Do it yourself', by Alberto V. Santonja<\/strong> and curated by Gabriel Songel<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
