It is a piece that has been loaned by the Archaeological Museum of Alicante MARQ for a period of four years, thanks to the collaboration agreement signed between the museum centres.&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Trebuchet MS&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;\">This is an anchor clamp from a Roman vessel made of lead, which was found during the underwater archaeological survey carried out by a MARQ team in 2012 on the island of Tabarca. The complete piece would have originally included a wooden shaft, which would have been located transversally in the central part, and a lead band in the lower part which would have been used to hold the arms.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Trebuchet MS&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;\">The Nueva Tabarca Museum, since its inauguration in May 2004, is located in the old Almadraba warehouse building, once its refurbishment as a Services Building was completed.
