The exhibition will remain at MARQ until Sunday 13 May. Petrer. Archaeology and Museum<\/em><\/strong>which offers visitors a walk through the history of this town in the Vinalop\u00f3 Valley. To bid farewell to this exhibition, the thirteenth in the series of Local and Municipal Museums at the MARQ, the MARQ Foundation has scheduled two open days, on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 May, and a total of nine guided tours, free until full capacity is reached, of Petrer's rich archaeological and ethnological heritage. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Petrer. Archaeology and museum<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/strong> reviews the <\/span><\/span><\/span>important sites <\/strong>of the area, such as the Roman artisan quarter of Villa Petraria, and includes objects typical of the pre-industrial society of Petreres.<\/span><\/span><\/span>, d<\/span><\/span>rom prehistoric times to the contemporary period. The impressive castle - an exceptional defensive monument in the province, the cave houses of the wall, the Roman oven in Calle La Fuente, belonging to the Villa Petraria, or the anti-aircraft post on the hill of El Altico, are some of the enclaves that this exhibition reviews. It also has relevant pieces from the municipal collection such as the Roman mosaic from Villa Petraria or the Islamic plasterwork from the Pu\u00e7a farmhouse, which occupy the temporary exhibition rooms 'Enrique Llobregat' and 'Figueras Pacheco' of the MARQ, as well as their respective access corridors.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n This exhibition proposal includes<\/span><\/span>It also provides a new 'easy reading' resource to extend MARQ's firm commitment to promote both physical and cognitive accessibility for all audiences. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n This magnificent exhibition of the Villa de Petrer has been possible thanks to the cooperation between the MARQ, the D\u00e1maso Navarro Museum, the Alicante Provincial Council, the Petrer Town Council and the collaboration of ASISA and the Caja Murcia Foundation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Hasta el domingo 13 de mayo permanecerá en el MARQ la muestra Petrer.
