There were many visitors who decided to dedicate this bright morning to visit the Museum and, of course, the temporary exhibition <em>Mayas. The enigma of the lost cities<\/em>The exhibition, which was completely full, registered a total of 1,211 visitors by the time it closed.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Many other Alicante residents and tourists visiting the Costa Blanca these days, 342, chose to visit the Ibero-Roman city of Lucentum and 337 others chose to visit the site of Illeta dels Banyets, in the municipality of El Campello. The Almohad Tower of Almudaina registered 19 visitors.<\/p>\n<p>This Thursday 12 October, Columbus Day, the Marq, its archaeological sites and the Tower will be open again on Open Doors Day.
