The Provincial Government is promoting the first edition of the 'Pasarela Solidaria', an event sponsored by the <\/span>Alicante Rotary Club<\/strong> and the <\/span>El Valle School<\/strong> with the aim of raising funds to be donated to underprivileged groups and associations in society. The initiative will take place in the <\/span>MARQ<\/strong> the next <\/span>friday 18 november<\/strong> as of <\/span>8.30 p.m.<\/strong> with a <\/span>15 euro entrance fee<\/strong>. The <\/span>full recovery<\/strong> of the tickets, all of which have already been sold, will be donated to the <\/span>Down Syndrome Association of Alicante<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n The Deputy for the Presidency, Economy and Institutional Relations, Carlos Castillo<\/strong>presented the details of this solidarity initiative this morning, accompanied by the president of the Alicante Rotary Club, Isidro Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>and the headmistress of Colegio El Valle, Bego\u00f1a M\u00e9ndez<\/strong>. The president of the Down's Syndrome Association of Alicante was also present, Mar\u00eda Victoria Llano<\/strong>the director of El Corte Ingl\u00e9s in Alicante, Jos\u00e9 Antonio Maseda<\/strong>and the designer Fernando Aliaga<\/strong>.<\/p>\n \"We consider this project to be fundamental for the province, because the commitment of the Provincial Council is to humanise the institutions, as well as to bring them closer to and put them at the service of the citizens and causes of solidarity.<\/u>\"said Castillo, who added that \".this initiative is already a success as more than 300 tickets have been sold.<\/u>\". <\/p>\n This pioneering proposal, which starts out with the aim of having continuity over time<\/strong>will start with a children's ceremonial parade<\/strong> by El Corte Ingl\u00e9s, which will be followed by a screening of the creations by the Murcian designer Fernando Aliaga<\/strong>. The modelling agency Elite RGB Models<\/strong> will be in charge of livening up the parades.<\/p>\n For his part, Aliaga explained that through its parade<\/strong> will conduct a summary of their first collections<\/strong>.
