At MARQ we are celebrating this weekend the 'World Down Syndrome Day<\/strong>'<\/em> with a guided tour of the Ibero-Roman city of Lucentum, in the Tossal de Manises. Through this cultural activity, which will take place the next Saturday 23 March at 11:00 a.m.<\/strong>our museum aims to raise awareness and sensitise society<\/strong> about the reality, rights, capacities and worth of this group.<\/p>\n In this way, people with Down's Syndrome and their families who wish to participate will be able to enjoy a guided tour of the archaeological site in order to to know and understand what life was like in a Roman city in the 1st century AD.<\/strong>.C<\/strong>. y strolling through its streets<\/strong>, thermal baths and forum<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The proposal, developed in collaboration with the Alicante Down's Syndrome Association<\/strong>also includes the activity 'Find Publio<\/strong>where participants will have to solve an enigma through games and riddles.
