Archaeological excavations in the Iberian settlement of La Escuera (San Fulgencio, Bajo Segura): new data on its southern access and its relationship with the sacred complex.
First advance of the new results achieved in the excavation campaigns from 2010 to 2012 carried out in the Iberian settlement, specifically in the sector that concerns the southern gate of the oppidum and, immediately to the east, the space between the temple discovered by S. Nordström and the cuts opened by L. Abad in 1984 and 1985. The aim is to exhume the western façade of the sacred building and to observe its relationship with the street that starts from the gate.
