The cockerel kalathos: a unique symbolic decoration on a Lucentum beaker
This study aims to bring us closer to the knowledge of an Iberian ceramic vessel with a unique pictorial decoration on its walls. The Iberian kalathos preserved and exhibited at the MARQ exemplifies the strong Mediterranean influences, especially Punic, that this area of the southeast of the peninsula received, and at the same time allows us to return to the problem of the use of the Iberian iconographic language according to the context.
