The reuse of raw materials and artefacts has been practised by human communities since Palaeolithic times. In the field of architecture, reuse can be applied to spaces - the reuse of a building or parts of it - and to materials. The aim of this article is to contribute to making visible the extent and importance of the reuse of materials in the field of construction in the recent prehistory of the Iberian Peninsula.
