Traumatic palaeopathology in two skulls found in level III of the Cova d'En Pardo (Planes, Alicante).
This paper deals with the study of two Neolithic skulls found at the Cova d'En Pardo site in Planes, Alicante, during the 1999 archaeological campaign, in which there are three lesions of traumatic etiology. The anthropometric study of both skulls, an adult male, 30-35 years old, and an adult female, 35-40 years old, is presented. The mechanism causing the injuries is described and discussed, linking them in one of the cases to a violent action.
