Archaeological intervention in the sepulchre of the Cathedral Chapter of the S. I. Cathedral of Orihuela

We present the results of the archaeological intervention carried out in the Cathedral of Orihuela on the occasion of the
the restoration of the tomb and its adaptation as a pantheon for the bishops of Orihuela-Alicante. The works
consisted mainly of the recovery of the existing human remains and the documentation of the vessel of
burial.
