The Museu d'Història de València. New formats for a new didactic approach to history

The Museu d'Història de València is a recently created centre (2003), born with the vocation of bringing history closer to visitors. Through a careful exhibition of collections and a wide range of didactic resources, in which new technologies play a decisive role, the 22 centuries of the city's history are made known and the magic of history is discovered. The article sets out the background, the museological approach to the project and the resources used in its execution.
