From the Roman villa to the late medieval farmhouse in l'Alacantí. Archaeological excavation in the Avenida Conrado Albaladejo (Alicante)
The archaeological excavation at Avda. Conrado Albaladejo (Alicante), located in the Huerta de Alicante, reveals a human occupation for fifteen hundred years (1st century - 15th century), from the Roman Empire to the Islamic occupation and the subsequent Christian conquest. This settlement was initially linked to the municipium of Lucentum, later to Madı̄na Laqant and finally to the villa d'Alacant.
