
The MARQ CV Foundation will present its didactic projects at the 24th meeting of the MARQ CV Foundation. The Best in Heritage which will be held in Barcelona from 22 to 24 October.
In this edition, the Fundación CV MARQ will be present with the conference to be offered by Gema Salaresponsible for the Didactics, Accessibility and Social Responsibility UnitHe will explain the different educational and social projects in which MARQ is immersed and for which it has been internationally recognised by the International Association of Art and Culture (IACP). The Best in Heritage, TBIH, is a non-governmental organisation dedicated to promoting all aspects of excellence in heritage, offering the power of example, through its annual global meeting. TBIH's vision is to organise a unique event in the world, which this year is hosted by Barcelona, in which showcasing the best achievements in the heritage sector and as a mission, it highlights the selection and presentation of recognised models, as an example, the best and most successful practices in museums, heritage and conservation, and use their power as agents of change to spread quality and excellence. in the field of public memory, thus contributing to the enhancement of the work of professionals in the sector and a better social use of heritage.
Together with MARQ, TBIH will include the participation of museums from countries such as Australia, Portugal, Germany, Slovenia, New Zealand, Italy, Croatia, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, the United States, Finland, Japan, Argentina, China, Greece, Estonia, Ukraine and Canada.
Representatives from more than forty award-winning museum centres will detail their achievements, thanks to which their museums have been recognised by professional juries over the past year for their rigour and quality. The aim of Best in Heritage is to promote these exceptional projects that demonstrate innovation and excellence in the care and communication of heritage.
