Individual ticket that allows you to visit both the Permanent Exhibition of the Museum and the sites of Lucentum and the Illeta and the monument of Torre Almohade d'Almudaina. The combined ticket will be valid for one visit to each cultural site, with a validity of 30 days until the tours to these sites are completed.
If, in any of the centres detailed above, you wish to take a guided tour, you will have to pay the amount of 3 € per person at the centre in question.
Entrance to the Centre d'Interpretació Cova de l'Or i Jaciment . 5,00€
Free visits are not authorised. Access to the Interpretation Centre and to the Cova de l'Or archaeological site will be limited to a maximum of 15 people per visit and always by prior arrangement, with the aim of preserving the value of the historical legacy of the archaeological site converted into a local museum.

- People with disabilities (+ 1 companion) in accordance with the definition provided in article 1.2 of Law 51/2003, of 2 December 2003 on equal opportunities, non-discrimination and universal accessibility for people with disabilities; with a companion when it is essential for them to be able to carry out their visit.
For reduced and zero-rate fares, it is necessary to present the accreditation at the MARQ ticket offices and/or archaeological sites and/or monuments.

The methods of payment accepted for the purchase of tickets at the ticket office of the MARQ i en els Jaciments de Lucentum i La Illeta dels BanyetThe only exceptions are cash and credit cards, with the credit cards accepted being identified on the access door to the ticket office itself.
In the Monument de Almohad Tower of Almudaina payment can only be made in cash.

RULES OF THE VISIT
> It will not be allowed to eat or drink inside the Museum.
> It will not be allowed to take photographs with a camera or record video. For the use of a tripod, you must request authorisation at the following address [email protected]
> Pets are not allowed (except assistance cats).
> Talking on the phone is not allowed inside the rooms.
> Smoking will not be allowed, in accordance with current regulations.
> The MARQ reserves the right to modify the programme of the planned activity for justified reasons.
> When the ticket is purchased, it cannot be exchanged and the amount will not be refunded.
> L'ticket has different security measures, do not buy your ticket through'an unofficial sales channel. MARQ declines all responsibility for fraudulent tickets.
> Visitors must comply with the security regulations in force as set out in the Llei de Seguretat Privada, Llei 5/2014, de 4 d'abril.
> Entry will not be allowed with bulbs, lamps or any other objects that may be considered dangerous by MARQ.
> The MARQ reserves the right of admission.
> Persons under the influence of alcoholic beverages, narcotics, psychotropic drugs, stimulants or similar substances are not allowed to enter.
> The bearer of the ticket authorises the use of images taken inside the enclosure by different media for subsequent informative or promotional dissemination. In minors, express authorisation will be required from the guardians.
> There are Complaints Forms available to anyone who requests them, at the Museum ticket offices and/or through the Electronic Headquarters in the section Complaints, suggestions and petitions.
> It is necessary to respect the rules of coexistence and safety in a space that contains cultural heritage of incalculable value.

RETURN OF VIVATICKET TICKETS
The refund of tickets must always be requested at least 24 hours before the event and for an amount of more than 15 ¤.
