A carinated bowl corresponding to Dragendorff shape 29B. The rim is wheel-decorated, while the rest of the vessel is mould-decorated. The motif of the frieze consists of a continuous wavy garland with simple medallions with birds. The belly also has a continuous wavy garland, with cordiform medallions with birds flanked by two small birds in the lower loop. There is a poorly impressed potter's mark on the inner bottom of dubious classification.

This ware was made industrially in the potteries of southern Gaul, from where it was exported on a massive scale, mainly to the western part of the Empire. In addition to bowls such as this one, plates, cups, trays, etc., were also made from it.
