Conference GREEK TRACES IN IBERIAN CONTESTANIA

The conference aims to explore the nature and extent of Greek cultural influences on the Iberian–Contestanian region, through its material remains. Examples of some of the most important pieces of evidence of this influence, including examples of Greco-Iberian writing and the Agost Sphinxes, are displayed in an exhibition produced by MARQ. This exhibition, in the library foyer, complements and extends the vision of the Greek world which is portrayed by “The Body Beautiful” exhibition created from the Greek collection of the British Museum.
